Ruwan brings over a decade of experience to his position as a trial attorney at Carden & Tracy. Prior to joining the practice, he specialized in representing healthcare providers in defense of catastrophic injury claims against hospitals, physicians, nurses, long-term care facilities, and other medical providers. He has broad experience ranging from the defense of medical device product liability matters to simple contract disputes. Ruwan has tried cases to verdict and has achieved favorable settlements on behalf of his clients. When he’s not working, Ruwan enjoys spending time with family, playing golf, and traveling.
