Shira Breen is responsible for conducting initial investigations, record analysis, and case evaluations for pre-suit settlement demands. Previously at Carden & Tracy, she also conducted all pre-trial aspects of each case, including motion practice and depositions.

Before joining Carden & Tracy, Shira Breen specialized in providing in-house counsel for nursing home management groups focusing on regulatory issues, compliance, risk management, and labor and employment law.

She enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons and reading nonfiction books about outdoor adventures.
