Rebecca Barnard Fahndrich

Rebecca Barnard Fahndrich focuses her practice at Carden & Tracy on long-term care defense, healthcare defense, and litigation. She enjoys the human aspect of the practice and meeting with witnesses.Prior to joining Carden & Tracy, she worked as an attorney practicing education and special education law. She also worked as a Labor and Employee Relations Specialist with City Colleges of Chicago doing disability accommodation work, ensuring compliance with the ADA. In California she gained experience working in the Health, Education & Welfare section of the Attorney General’s Office.

During law school Rebecca studied art law in Italy, which provided her with a more global perspective.
