    Lacinda focuses her practice on civil litigation, long-term care defense, healthcare defense, and insurance defense.
    Prior to joining Carden and Tracy, Lacinda spent over a decade in the U.S. intelligence community pursuing challenging global targets on behalf of the US Government. She is skilled at negotiation, diplomacy and conflict resolution, all of which she brings to bear in her law practice. Lacinda is skilled at bringing divergent parties together and leveraging her seasoned persuasion skills to negotiate desired end goals for favorable case resolution. She brings her in-depth knowledge of leadership, persuasion, and investigation to the practice of law at Carden and Tracy. Lacinda is also a certified leadership coach.
    Prior to her time working with the federal government, Lacinda worked in civil litigation firms in Chicago and Northwest Indiana. During law school and afterwards, Lacinda volunteered support for clemency cases and death penalty defense work. She earned a certificate in Criminal Law during her time at DePaul and was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award.
