Kunal Ganti

Kunal M. Ganti concentrates his practice on defense of healthcare facilities and professionals against negligence claims and violations of the Illinois Nursing Home Care Act. Kunal brings a clear litigation plan to all of his cases with a thorough and detailed analysis of the relevant issues. He prides himself on successfully mitigating his clients’ exposure and securing positive outcomes on their behalf.

In addition to his professional liability defense practice, Kunal has represented product manufacturers and employers in numerous toxic tort, product liability, and occupational injury cases. He has experience in the defense of workers’ compensation claims, and has first chair experience before the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission. Moreover, he also has extensive experience briefing and arguing appeals before the Illinois Circuit Courts and Appellate Courts. Kunal also has published in The CLM Magazine. He served as an extern for Judge Irwin Solganick at the Circuit Court of Cook County. In that capacity, he was able to gain a unique perspective on the dynamic between juries, attorneys, and judges while observing medical malpractice trials in the Law Division.

In his free time, Kunal is the guitarist and singer in his band, Valius, which plays live throughout the Chicagoland area.
