Joshua M. Rosenstein

Josh Rosenstein concentrates his practice in civil litigation and represents clients in defense of a variety of healthcare-related claims. Since 2006, he has worked to advocate on behalf of his clients in active litigation and court-ordered arbitration, utilizing voluntary mediation and obtaining verdicts in jury and bench trials. He has also performed appellate work in the Illinois Appellate Court. After obtaining his undergraduate degree, he worked at a large online publication before enrolling in law school. Prior to joining the Illinois Bar, Josh worked for a prominent plaintiff’s personal injury practice. He actively litigates cases in the Illinois and Wisconsin State Courts and Federal District Courts.

When he is not working, Josh enjoys distance running, playing acoustic and electric guitar, designing and building audio amplifiers and listening to documentary radio.
