Johanna represents clients in the areas of nursing home defense, municipal liability defense, insurance defense, corporate law, criminal defense, family law, real estate transactions and commercial litigation. In addition, Johanna maintains a business practice. She advises clients in various aspects of their businesses, from business formation to general corporate matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Johanna was a prosecutor for the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office. She acquired significant litigation and trial experience through her work as a lead Assistant State’s Attorney. As an Assistant State’s Attorney, Johanna also achieved meaningful appellate experience through her appearances before the First District Illinois Appellate Court. Johanna is fluent in French.
