Jeffrey G. Mashni

Jeffrey G. Mashni is responsible for conducting initial investigation, record analysis, and case evaluations. He also conducts all pre-trial aspects of each case, including motion practice and depositions.

Prior to joining Carden & Tracy, Jeffrey maintained his own law firm concentrating in plaintiffs’ personal injury and medical malpractice litigation. He has significant litigation experience and has obtained multi-million-dollar settlements for his clients.

Jeffrey enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two children. He is also a Texas Hold’em poker enthusiast and enjoys playing in poker tournaments.
