Allie Weiss represents clients in litigation relating to medical malpractice liability and long-term care defense.
Prior to joining Carden & Tracy, Allie was an associate at Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, P.C. in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She has worked on a range of business litigation matters related to professional liability, transportation, tax law, and various insurance defense matters. Additionally, she has experience representing lenders and borrowers in HUD-insured loan transactions. While in law school, Allie interned at the United States Merit Systems Protection Board, where she worked for the administrative judges of the Atlanta Regional Office on matters pertaining to employment discrimination and retaliation.
Outside of work, Allie enjoys attempting new recipes, exploring bookstores, attending comedy shows, and spending time at the dog park with her sixty-pound lap dog.
