Aaron Bitterman

Aaron primarily practices healthcare defense at Carden Tracy and draws from his experience in litigation in a variety of areas including the defense of long-term care facilities, municipal entities, individuals, and corporations. Aaron takes a pragmatic approach to litigation, crafting individual strategies for each case. He handles all facets of litigation from pre-suit inquiries and investigations through all phases of discovery, and into mediation and trial. Aaron has experience drafting, arguing, and winning substantive and dispositive motions in courts throughout the State of Illinois. He frequently participates in mediations and settlement conferences with both private mediators and judges in state and federal courts to resolve matters economically and efficiently.

In addition to extensive experience defending healthcare providers and professionals, Aaron practiced at a premier Illinois government law firm in the litigation group handling municipal defense matters, subrogation, and risk management.

When he’s not working, Aaron enjoys spending time outdoors especially concerts and baseball games. His hobbies include sabermetrics and American history.
